CVE-2025-58349 is a critical vulnerability in the LTE MAC layer of various Samsung Exynos mobile, wearable, and modem processors. The issue arises from incorrect handling of LTE MAC packets containing many MAC Control Elements, which can cause baseband crashes. This vulnerability has a high CVSS score of 9.1, indicating network attack vector, no privileges or user interaction required, and results in high impact on confidentiality and availability. No patch or official remediation guidance is currently available. There are no known exploits in the wild at this time.
