0 Red Hat has issued a security advisory for a kernel update addressing two vulnerabilities in the Linux kernel. The first vulnerability (CVE-2025-68811) involves the svcrdma component and fixes the use of rc_pageoff for memcpy byte offset. The second vulnerability (CVE-2026-23209) addresses error recovery in the macvlan component's macvlan_common_newlink() function. These issues affect Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10.0 Extended Update Support and related variants. The update is rated as having a moderate security impact. Systems must be rebooted after applying the update for the fixes to take effect. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 04/06/2026, 16:24:30 UTC Added: 06/09/2026, 10:25:01 UTC |

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: svcrdma: use rc_pageoff for memcpy byte offset svc_rdma_copy_inline_range added rc_curpage (page index) to the page base instead of the byte offset rc_pageoff. Use rc_pageoff so copies land within the current page. Found by ZeroPath (https://zeropath.com) Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 01/13/2026, 16:16:00 UTC Added: 07/18/2026, 11:31:07 UTC |
