0

CVE-2025-70243 is a high-severity stack buffer overflow vulnerability found in the D-Link DIR-513 router firmware version 1. 10. The flaw is triggered via the curTime parameter in the goform/formSetWAN_Wizard534 endpoint. Exploitation requires no authentication or user interaction and can cause denial of service by crashing the device. Although no known exploits are currently in the wild, the vulnerability poses a significant risk to affected devices. The vulnerability impacts availability but does not affect confidentiality or integrity. No official patches have been released yet. Organizations using this router model should monitor for updates and consider network segmentation or access restrictions to mitigate risk. Countries with widespread use of D-Link consumer routers and critical infrastructure relying on such devices are at higher risk.
