CVE-2025-8077 is a critical vulnerability in SUSE NeuVector up to version 5.4.5 where a fixed default password is used for the built-in admin account. If this default password is not changed immediately after deployment, any workload with network access within the cluster can use these credentials to obtain an authentication token. This token allows the attacker to perform any operation via NeuVector APIs, leading to full compromise of the system's security controls.
