A NULL pointer dereference vulnerability exists in kin-openapi prior to version 0.146.0. The issue occurs when openapi3filter.ValidateResponse passes a nil response header schema to decodeValue if an OpenAPI document declares the header with content instead of schema. This causes a panic during response validation even if the response does not contain the declared header. The vulnerability can cause application crashes and potentially impact availability.
