This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to archive arbitrary vendors' products, toggle the featured status on arbitrary listings, mark arbitrary WooCommerce orders as completed, and permanently delete arbitrary enquiries and bulk messages belonging to other vendors.
