0 CVE-2026-101091 is a high-severity SQL injection vulnerability in SiYuan note-taking software versions before 3.8.4. The flaw allows attackers to embed malicious SQL statements in .sy documents that execute automatically during background operations such as indexing, rendering, or exporting. This occurs without requiring authentication, due to improper validation of SQL commands in block query embed blocks executed against the internal siyuan.db database.
