0 A vulnerability in Apache Directory LDAP API versions from 2.1.0 up to but not including 2.1.9 allows cleartext transmission of sensitive information. This occurs because a StartTLS operation initiated after a Search request can cause data to be sent in plain text before the TLS handshake completes. The issue is fixed in version 2.1.9.
