CVE-2026-103921 is a high-severity vulnerability in ardatan graphql-tools prior to version 1.1.35. The issue arises because the executor-legacy-ws function hardcodes TLS certificate validation to be disabled for Node.js connections to wss:// endpoints. This allows an attacker positioned on the network to present a malicious certificate, bypassing certificate validation. As a result, authentication data in connection parameters or headers can be exposed, and subscription data can be tampered with. Browser WebSocket clients are not affected due to enforced certificate validation in browsers. The vulnerability is fixed in version 1.1.35.
