0 LifterLMS – WP LMS for eLearning, Online Courses, & Quizzes plugin for WordPress versions up to 10.2.1 is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection via deserialization of untrusted data. Exploitation requires authenticated users with edit_course capability roles such as Instructor or Administrator. The vulnerability itself has no direct impact unless another plugin or theme with a PHP Object Injection POP chain is present. If such a POP chain exists, attackers could potentially delete files, access sensitive data, or execute code. The vulnerability manifests during lesson creation when a temporary lesson ID triggers the vulnerable code path.
