0 CVE-2026-106437 is an integer underflow vulnerability in the BSON buffer-reservation API of the MongoDB C Driver. The issue arises when the API records a length smaller than the BSON minimum of five bytes, causing underflow in unsigned length calculations during subsequent operations. This can lead to out-of-bounds reads or writes in the document buffer, potentially causing application termination or memory corruption. Exploitation requires the embedding application to supply an undersized length to bson_reserve_buffer and then perform an affected operation.
