0 CVE-2026-106442 is a high-severity vulnerability in the hydra-ecosystem hydra framework affecting versions from 1.3.4 up to but not including 1.3.6, and from 1.4.0.dev0 up to but not including 1.4.0.dev9. The vulnerability arises from an incomplete blacklist of disallowed inputs in the instantiate() target, allowing certain execution wrappers and deferred calls to bypass name-based authorization. This can enable an attacker who supplies untrusted Hydra configuration to execute arbitrary code with the application's privileges. The issue is fixed in versions 1.3.6 and 1.4.0.dev9.
