0 CVE-2026-107348 is an integer overflow vulnerability in PgBouncer versions 1.21.0 through 1.26.0. It occurs in the message buffer growth logic when max_packet_size is configured above 2147483648. This overflow causes the buffer size computation to wrap around, resulting in an infinite growth loop that saturates a CPU core and stalls all pooled connections until the PgBouncer process is restarted. The vulnerability is reachable before authentication since version 1.23.0 via a specially crafted five-byte packet header.
