0 CVE-2026-107837 is a high-severity out-of-bounds read vulnerability in RIOT-OS, an open-source microcontroller operating system for IoT devices. The flaw exists in the _receive() function of the sixlowpan network layer, which can route undersized packets into fragment handling without sufficient size checks. This leads to reading beyond the packet buffer in gnrc_sixlowpan_frag_recv(), potentially causing memory disclosure and network stack crashes. No official fix or patched release is available as of the latest review. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 10/09/2026, 17:53:47 UTC Added: 10/09/2026, 18:04:06 UTC |
