0 Trudesk versions up to 1.2.11 have an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated users to access tickets outside their assigned groups. This occurs because the API endpoint GET /api/v1/tickets/:uid does not enforce group membership checks, enabling enumeration of ticket IDs and unauthorized reading of ticket details including subject, issue, comments, owner, and assignee.
