CVE-2026-11812: race in zephyrproject zephyrCVE-2026-11812 0 CVE-2026-11812 is a race condition vulnerability in the Zephyr project's UpdateHub management subsystem. It involves unsynchronized concurrent access to a shared context structure during update operations, leading to out-of-bounds writes within the structure. This can corrupt internal state and cause denial of service in the firmware update process. Exploitation requires local access with the ability to invoke update operations and precise timing to trigger the race. There is no evidence of remote exploitation or code execution. The vulnerability affects Zephyr versions 2.0.0 through 4.4.1. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 08/10/2026, 23:09:17 UTC Added: 08/10/2026, 23:12:04 UTC |
