CVE-2026-12228: CWE-79 Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') in parisneo parisneo/lollmsCVE-2026-12228 0 CVE-2026-12228 is a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the parisneo/lollms product affecting the POST /api/prompts/share endpoint. The vulnerability arises because attacker-controlled input is stored without server-side sanitization and later rendered unsafely in the victim's browser using a frontend sanitizer that is insufficient. This allows authenticated users to send malicious messages that execute arbitrary JavaScript in the context of the victim's browser, potentially leading to account takeover and data exposure.
