CVE-2026-13362: CWE-79 Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') in sendpulse SendPulse Email Marketing NewsletterCVE-2026-13362
0

The SendPulse Email Marketing Newsletter WordPress plugin is vulnerable to a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) flaw in versions up to and including 2.2.5. Authenticated users with contributor-level access or higher can inject malicious scripts via the _sp_form_code post meta. These scripts execute in the browsers of users who view pages containing the affected shortcode, potentially including administrators. The vulnerability arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping, allowing attackers to bypass allow-list checks with crafted payloads.
