CVE-2026-1379 is a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the zinoui HTTP Headers plugin for WordPress, affecting versions up to and including 1.19.2. The flaw arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in admin settings, allowing authenticated administrators to inject arbitrary scripts. This vulnerability only impacts multi-site WordPress installations or those with unfiltered_html disabled. Exploitation results in script execution when users access the injected pages.
