It involves the use of a weak hash in the get_conversation_history function within the Memory Recall Handler component. The vendor has implemented session ownership verification and enhanced sessionowner generation to include verified user identity and security context metadata. A patch identified by commit f57277fdd9ba373ace72d83c272023ec67f720d6 is available to address the issue.
