CVE-2026-14739: CWE-787 Out-of-bounds Write in HMBRAND DBICVE-2026-14739 0 A heap overflow vulnerability exists in HMBRAND DBI for Perl versions before 1.650 when preparsing SQL statements containing an extremely large number of placeholders. The previous fix for a related issue (CVE-2026-10879) did not allocate sufficient memory to handle approximately 1.2 million placeholders.
