CVE-2026-14740: CWE-125 Out-of-bounds Read in HMBRAND DBICVE-2026-14740 0 CVE-2026-14740 is an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the HMBRAND DBI Perl module versions before 1.650. The issue occurs in the preparse method when deleting an initial SQL comment, causing the method to read one byte beyond the intended memory boundary.
