The Ninja Forms - Excel Export plugin for WordPress contains a directory traversal vulnerability in all versions up to and including 3.3.6. This vulnerability allows authenticated users with subscriber-level access or higher to write Excel files (.xls/.xlsx) to arbitrary locations on the server via the 'spreadsheet_export_tmp_name' parameter. This can potentially be used to stage further attacks. The vulnerability has a medium severity rating with a CVSS score of 4.3.
