Authenticated users with contributor-level access or higher can exploit this to include and execute arbitrary PHP files on the server. This vulnerability allows bypassing access controls, accessing sensitive data, or executing arbitrary code if PHP files can be uploaded and included. The default assignment of the etn_manage_event capability to Contributors enables exploitation without additional configuration.
