CVE-2026-15712 is a heap buffer over-read vulnerability in libsoup versions 3.0 to 3.7.0 used by Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10. The vulnerability occurs when processing an HTTP/2 GOAWAY frame with a malformed "Additional Debug Data" payload that is not properly null-terminated. This causes the library to read beyond the allocated buffer, potentially leading to application crashes (denial of service) or exposure of memory fragments.
