CVE-2026-16828: CWE-125 Out-of-bounds Read in IBM Power Systems FirmwareCVE-2026-16828 0 A high-severity out-of-bounds read vulnerability (CWE-125) exists in the ASMI web interface of IBM Power Systems Firmware versions FW1120.00, FW1110.00 through FW1110.30, FW1060.00 through FW1060.80, and FW950.00 through FW950.H2. An unauthenticated attacker on the management network can cause the ASMI web server to crash, potentially causing memory corruption and generating error logs. The ASMI interface restarts automatically, but repeated exploitation may lead to sustained loss of access, impacting system integrity and availability. Hosted partitions are not affected.
