CVE-2026-18276 is a medium severity vulnerability in Scripta eScriptorium up to version 26.04.1. It involves missing authorization checks in the websocket consumer, allowing a remote authenticated user to subscribe to event streams of documents they should not access. This enables observation of another user's segmentation, transcription, import, export, and training activities. The vulnerability arises because object_cls and object_pk values in a join-room message are passed to group_add without verifying access rights.
