CVE-2026-18325: CWE-79 Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') in wpmudev Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form BuilderCVE-2026-18325 0 The Forminator Forms plugin for WordPress contains a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in all versions up to and including 1.56.1. This vulnerability arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the handling of forged upload records via select fields. An unauthenticated attacker can inject arbitrary web scripts that execute when a user accesses the affected page. The issue is due to the plugin's sanitization function skipping filtering for keys prefixed with 'select-' and trusting a submitted 'return' member as an internal flag, allowing injection of malicious file URLs.
