CVE-2026-19608 is a medium severity vulnerability in the group policy provider of Red Hat Build of Keycloak authorization services. The flaw arises when group-based policies are evaluated using tokens containing only group names without full path information. This can cause users belonging to groups with the same name in different organizational paths to be incorrectly authorized, potentially granting unauthorized access to protected resources. Exploitation requires a specific configuration where OIDC group mappers emit name-only claims and group name collisions exist.
