CVE-2026-19857 is a medium severity vulnerability in the Formidable Forms WordPress plugin versions 6.34 up to but not including 6.35. It allows unauthenticated visitors to inject arbitrary WordPress shortcodes with attacker-controlled attributes into a form's custom HTML, which are then executed server-side on any page displaying the affected form. This occurs because the plugin does not properly neutralize special elements before passing them to the WordPress shortcode parser. The vulnerability is classified as CWE-74, improper neutralization of special elements in output used by a downstream component.
