The FPW Category Thumbnails WordPress plugin contains a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability via the 'id' parameter in the 'fpw_fs_get_file' AJAX action. This affects all versions up to and including 1.9.5. Authenticated users with Subscriber-level access or higher can inject malicious scripts that execute when an administrator views the plugin's settings page. The vulnerability arises from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 06/02/2026, 07:48:27 UTC Added: 06/02/2026, 08:33:36 UTC |
