0 CVE-2026-31225 is a critical remote code execution vulnerability in the superduper project up to version 0.10.0. The vulnerability arises from the unsafe use of Python's eval() function in the _parse_op_part() function within query.py, which evaluates user-supplied query operands without proper sanitization. Although an attempt is made to restrict the global namespace during evaluation, dangerous built-in functions remain accessible. This allows a remote attacker to submit crafted queries containing Python code that can import modules like os and execute arbitrary system commands, potentially leading to full server compromise. No official patch or remediation guidance is currently available, and no known exploits in the wild have been reported.
