0 CVE-2026-31226 is a critical command injection vulnerability in the TinyZero project's HDFS file operation utilities. It occurs due to unsafe use of os.system() with user-controlled input in the _copy() function, allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary OS commands remotely with the privileges of the TinyZero training process user. The vulnerability stems from improper input sanitization and direct interpolation of file paths into shell commands. No patch or official remediation has been confirmed at this time.
