The Advanced Members for ACF WordPress plugin contains a path traversal vulnerability in the create_crop function that allows authenticated users with Subscriber-level access or higher to delete arbitrary files on the server. This vulnerability exists in all versions up to and including 1.2.5, with only a partial patch applied in version 1.2.5. Exploiting this flaw can lead to remote code execution if critical files such as wp-config.php are deleted. The vulnerability has a high severity score of 8.8 and is classified under CWE-22.
