CVE-2026-33921: CWE-1188 Initialization of a resource with an insecure default in Nozomi Networks ArcCVE-2026-33921 0 CVE-2026-33921 is a medium severity vulnerability in Nozomi Networks Arc where the Windows installer deploys the Npcap driver with insecure default access restrictions. This misconfiguration allows any local user to access the driver, enabling them to capture network traffic and send arbitrary raw packets on the local network segment.
