0 A logic error in the uutils coreutils cut utility causes it to ignore the -s flag when used with the -z and -d '' options together. This results in cut emitting entire records plus a NUL byte instead of suppressing undelimited data as expected. This behavior deviates from GNU coreutils and can cause data integrity issues in automated pipelines relying on cut -s for filtering.
