CVE-2026-4003 is a critical privilege escalation vulnerability in the Users manager – PN WordPress plugin (all versions up to 1.1.15). It allows unauthenticated attackers to update arbitrary user metadata due to a flawed authorization check in an AJAX handler. The nonce intended to protect the endpoint is publicly exposed, rendering it ineffective. This can lead to full compromise of user accounts by modifying sensitive user meta fields.
