Red Hat Security Advisory: gnutls security updateCVE-2026-3833
0

Multiple security vulnerabilities have been identified and fixed in the GNU Transport Layer Security (GnuTLS) library used by Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8. These issues include flaws in DTLS reassembly, denial of service conditions, authentication bypass, and incorrect handling of name constraints. The vulnerabilities affect cryptographic protocols such as SSL, TLS, and DTLS. Red Hat has released an important security update addressing these issues. Users are advised to update their gnutls packages to the fixed versions provided by Red Hat.
