CVE-2026-4313: CWE-79 Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation (XSS or 'Cross-site Scripting') in C&F AdaptiveGRCCVE-2026-4313 0 C&F AdaptiveGRC versions before December 2025 are vulnerable to a stored Cross-site Scripting (XSS) flaw via text fields in forms. An authenticated attacker can inject arbitrary JavaScript by manipulating text field values in HTTP POST requests. This improper input neutralization can lead to execution of malicious scripts in the victim's browser, potentially allowing theft of administrator authentication tokens and unauthorized administrative actions. The vulnerability has a low CVSS 4. 0 score of 2. 4 and no known exploits in the wild. No official patch or remediation guidance is currently available.
