CVE-2026-4364 is a medium severity cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in IBM Verify Identity Access Container versions 11.0 through 11.0.2 and IBM Security Verify Access Container versions 10.0 through 10.0.9.1. The issue arises because certificate listings retrieved via a browser session return JSON data with an incorrect Content-Type header set to text/html. This mislabeling can cause browsers to interpret the JSON as executable script, enabling potential JavaScript injection under certain conditions.
