This flaw allows an attacker with network access to the runner's HTTP endpoint to read arbitrary files on the system by exploiting improper validation of the filename path parameter. The vulnerability arises because URL-encoded slashes bypass normalization, enabling directory traversal beyond the intended folder. This can expose sensitive files such as SSH keys and system credentials. The issue is patched in version 1. 2.
