0 CVE-2026-44887 is a critical remote code execution vulnerability in leiweibau Pi. Alert versions prior to 2026-05-07. The web-based configuration editor allows unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary Python code into the pialert.conf file. Since the background scan daemon executes this configuration file using Python's exec(), the injected code runs with the daemon's privileges. The default configuration disables web protection, enabling unauthenticated exploitation. This vulnerability has a CVSS score of 9.8 and is fixed as of version 2026-05-07.
