Red Hat Security Advisory: freerdp security updateCVE-2026-40033 0 Multiple security vulnerabilities have been identified in FreeRDP, a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). These include heap-buffer-overflow, heap use-after-free, and out-of-bounds write issues that can lead to arbitrary code execution or denial of service. The vulnerabilities affect the xfreerdp client and related components. Red Hat has issued an important security advisory with updates for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 to address these issues.
