Prior to 2.0.0, jans-auth-server accepts unsigned JWE request objects because JwtAuthorizationRequest skips inner signature validation when jwe.getSignedJWTPayload() returns null, and AuthzRequestService.processRequestObject() does not reject the unrecognized RSA-OAEP algorithm when forceSignedRequestObject=true.
