0 OpenAM versions prior to 16.1.1 contain an authorization bypass vulnerability where an attacker can craft OAuth bearer tokens and OpenID Connect ID tokens by placing controlled JSON in the Core Token Store (CTS) under a known token identifier. This flaw allows token minting with arbitrary subject, client, realm, and scope but does not directly create SSO sessions or grant console access. The issue is fixed in version 16.1.1.
