It allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to potentially take over the Oracle HR Intelligence component. The vulnerability is rated high severity with a CVSS 3.1 base score of 7.5, impacting confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Exploitation is considered difficult due to the required attack conditions. Oracle has released a Critical Security Patch Update in June 2026 addressing this and many other vulnerabilities.
