CVE-2026-47077 is an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability in the benoitc hackney HTTP client library. The vulnerability occurs in the HTTP/3 response handling code, where the response body is accumulated in memory without any size limit. A malicious HTTP/3 server can exploit this by sending small chunks indefinitely, causing the client to consume increasing memory until it exhausts the process heap and crashes.
