This improper neutralization of active SVG content leads to browser-side resource exhaustion and denial of service when affected tickets are viewed by agents or customers. The vulnerability affects multiple OTRS versions including 7. 0. x through 2026. x before 2026. 4. x and is not mitigated by Content Security Policy or JavaScript restrictions.
