0 CVE-2026-49331 is a vulnerability in the openshift/oauth-proxy component of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4. The flaw allows an unauthenticated attacker to inject forged identity headers (X-Forwarded-User, X-Forwarded-Email, X-Forwarded-Access-Token) on paths configured to bypass authentication (skip-auth-regex). This occurs because the proxy forwards these client-supplied headers to upstream applications without stripping them. The vulnerability has a CVSS score of 6.5 (medium severity).
