0 DOMPurify versions prior to 3.4.6 contain a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability related to improper input neutralization during web page generation. The vulnerability occurs when using DOMPurify.sanitize with the IN_PLACE option on same-origin foreign-realm DOM nodes, causing certain instanceof checks to fail and allowing executable markup to bypass sanitization. This issue is fixed in version 3.4.6. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 07/14/2026, 19:58:50 UTC Added: 07/14/2026, 20:33:35 UTC |
